Booking a clinic
Once a clinic date is agreed, the booking form must be completed and returned. The clinic is not confirmed until the form, along with a £50 non-refundable deposit, has been received by LHUK.
In the unlikely event that a clinic is cancelled by LHUK, a refund will be issued.
Postponement
If it is agreed by both parties that an event should be cancelled due to extreme weather as an example, then all monies paid may be applied to the new clinic date.
Rights and Responsibilities
Unhandled horses and stallions may NOT participate in this clinic
All participants must be aged 12 years and over. Under 16's must be supervised by an adult.
All participants must have Public Liability Insurance
A riding hat must be worn at all times when handling horses
Participants are responsible for their own horse at all times
The organisers/ coaches will accept no liability for accident or injury during this clinic. Every effort will be made to ensure a safe environment for horses and handlers.
